This website is run by Ledger Coffee Company to introduce the brand, the menu and membership.

It’s for information — there’s nothing to buy here. The menu is a showcase: drinks, availability and prices can change, and what you see isn’t an offer.

Please use the site as it’s meant to be used. Don’t try to break it, misuse it, or get in the way of anyone else using it.

The LEDGER name, marks, words, images and design are ours. Enjoy them here, but please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Anything we say here about points, free coffees, tiers or your Ledger is a friendly summary. The real rules live in the LEDGER app’s terms, and those are what govern your membership.

We sometimes link elsewhere — an app store, say. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

We keep the site accurate and available where we can, but we offer it as is. We can’t promise it will always be perfect, current, or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Ledger Coffee Company isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest still stands.

These terms, and anything arising out of them or out of your use of this site (including non-contractual matters), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises from them.
